Using this website

This website gives general information about water, fire, mold and storm damage and about our services. It isn't professional, legal or insurance advice for your situation, and it doesn't create any agreement to do work. Work is agreed separately, in writing, before it starts.

Prices and published ranges

Cost ranges on this site come from published national cost guides and are shown for planning only. They are not our prices and not a quote. The price of any job is set out in a written scope after we've seen and measured the damage.

Calls and forwarding

We answer our phone 24 hours a day. At peak times, after hours or when every technician is already on a job, a call may be forwarded to another trusted restoration company nearby. That company is responsible for any work it agrees to do, and availability and pricing can vary between providers.

We try to keep this site accurate and up to date, but information can change, and the site is provided as is. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
