Water, fire, smoke and mold, handled from the first call to the finished rooms. Here's how the company runs and what you can expect from us.
Two offices, one number
Our service office is at 8 8th Ave, New York, NY 10014, in the West Village, which puts us close to Manhattan's prewar buildings and a short trip from the other boroughs. Our head office is at 9 Church Dr, Central Islip, NY 11722, in the middle of Long Island.
Both offices share the same phone line, (332) 241-8621, answered 24 hours a day. Whichever crew can reach you soonest takes the job.
What we do
We restore homes and buildings after water, flood, sewage, fire, smoke, mold and storm damage, and we rebuild the rooms afterward. The full list, grouped by what went wrong, is on our services page.
Most of our work is in apartments, co-ops, condos and houses, with offices, stores and restaurants alongside.
How we run a job
Readings, not guesses. Every job starts with moisture readings and photos, and drying ends when the readings say so. You get the log.
One record per space. When water crosses between apartments or tenants, each gets its own file for its own insurer.
Building rules are part of the job. We work with supers, managing agents and house rules rather than around them.
We rebuild what we remove, so nothing gets lost between a drying crew and a separate contractor.
When every crew is already out
We answer our own phone and do the work on the jobs we take. On the busiest nights, after a big storm or when every technician is already on a job, we may forward a call to another trusted restoration company nearby so nobody is left waiting. We'll always tell you on the call if that's happening.
