What this website collects
This site has no forms, accounts or sign-ups, and we don't set cookies of our own. Like most websites, the server that hosts it keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Office maps load from Google Maps only when you choose to open one.
What we keep from a phone call
When you call, we record what we need to handle the job: your name, address, phone number, a description of the damage and details your insurer may need. Photos and moisture readings taken on site become part of the job record.
Who we share it with
We share job details with your insurer or adjuster, your building's super or managing agent where the work requires it, and anyone else you ask us to. If every one of our crews is busy and we forward your call to another restoration company nearby, that company receives the details you give on the call.
We don't sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as they're needed for the work, the insurance claim and our own business records, then dispose of them securely.
