FROM SOUTHERN STATE PARKWAY

Heading east on Southern State Parkway, use the left 2 lanes to take exit 41A for Sagtikos Parkway toward Kings Park. Continue onto Sagtikos Pkwy for 3.6 miles. Take exit S1E toward Riverhead. Merge onto I-495 E and drive for 1.7 miles. Take exit 55 toward County Rd 67/Motor Pkwy/Central Islip.

FROM LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY

Heading east on (I-495) Long Island Expressway, take Exit 55 Motor Parkway. Merge onto the service road Express Drive South, then turn right at the Shell gas station corner. Bear left at the fork staying on Motor Parkway. Within less than a mile turn right onto Church Drive. Destination 7 will be on the left side of the road.
